This is the worst technology investment I have ever made. Upgraded the card and the power supply...quad core..and nothing but continual crashes. I will NEVER purchase an nVida component again. Complete incompetence

Well i know this post is old... but:

To answer your question Viruz, three (3 in sli) gtx 285's are mor powerful than two (2 in sli) gtx 295's the trade off is that the 295 is one card, while to match the performance its a tad less than 2 gtx 275's in sli ... this article is actually wrong that the card basically consists of 2 gtx 260 gpu's it has 2 gpu's but they both have 240 cores vs 216 in the gtx 260 ... one of these card kills two gtx 260's by and not to mention then again you would only be taking up one slot vs 2...

well addd some stellar components...ditch the usb 1.1 bluetooth (long in the tooth no?) and go with a more recent bluetooth choice which i would have wanted... we all have blackberrys and other phones bluetooth syncing would be nice.

and the new antec 183 looks very nice

I know, sorry Robert! While we didn't have this information when you bought, you're exactly the kind of person I refer to in the next to last paragraph. But your computer arrived safe and sound, so we have to feel good about that. We learn something new each week, and I'm determined to continue to be transparent with what we learn, whether its good or bad.

What about that ATI Rage Fury MAXX? That thing was a nightmare to get working!
