Just look at how the reputation pirates deal with merchants who refuse to pay their tribute as if the merchant did not care about their customers. Reseller ratings are scum.

I agree with your complaint. Another big issue, (in my opinion), is that happy customers don't typically leave reviews therefore the ratings are skewed. I don't even pay attention to reviews unless the store has tons of them, then I might skeptically read them.

Hello, I need your help...
I want to upgrade my P4 to i3 2100 series, but I'm little bit confused about motherboard.
I want to buy a Gigabyte mobo ($100) but unable to choose right model. As, all other components already become very old, so my budget is very limited. Please help me...

Additional info...

Monitor with VGA+DVI support [OLD]
RAM 4GB 1333/1600 Mhz [DDR-III] - NEW
I want to add additional graphics card, because I love to play PC games, but NOT hard core games.
No needs of Overclocking,
HDD Seagate 500 GB [OLD]

You would have to completely re-install your OS using a disk with the 64-bit version. I don't expect moving to 64-bit will have any effect on sound quality.

I have Win 7 Starter and need to run it in 64 bit mode because I want better sound quality (my laptop is used as a music server for music streaming through a USB/DAC). How do I go about changing the 32 bit mode to 64 bit mode in my laptop? I'm assuming my laptop is running a 32 bit mode, but how can I make sure?

If you are playing a game that displays on both screens, then that would be somewhat more intensive on the video card than just displaying a game on one screen + other apps on a second screen. It will really depend on the game - for example, FS:X is largely CPU limited in most circumstances.

There are also technologies from nVidia ("Surround") and ATI ("Eyefinity") which allow normal games to be spread across multiple screens. You might want to look up those terms, as benchmarks of those technologies have been done at a lot of places online :)

Yes I was thinking the same thing as Neville. I was wondering what kind of impact a game like Arma 2, X3, or Flight Simulator would have on a system with multiple monitors.

Thanks, great article. What about the impact of playing a game like Flight Simulator X, or X-Plane 10 on two monitors? Does a second video card help or not? Generally, these seem to be more processor intensive than video... Thanks.
