Firefox 3/Internet Explorer 8

For some reason, I have no trouble posting using IE 8, but I cannot for the life of me post using Firefox. As you can see, when using Firefox, the composition box is grayed out.



I have no idea what could be causing this. I have discussed this issue before. It's not a huge deal if a solution cannot be found. I just don't particularly like Internet Explorer all that much.

I should note that Firefox automatically starts in Private Browsing mode on my system. Could such settings result in this?

Nope...nothing to do with Private Browsing.

You need to go to the User CP.

Click on Edit Options

Scoll to the bottom where you see Misc. Options

Switched to Standard Editor.

Should fix you right up.
