Order confirmation email?

I made a purchase about an hour ago via Paypal and I am wondering if I am going to receive a confirmation email about it.

Order processing generally takes anywhere from a couple minutes to a couple hours. Right now, our management is in a meeting (including the folks who process orders) so if you placed the order after 1pm Pacific time today that is likely the hold-up. As soon as they are done with the meeting I would expect your order to be processed - and then you should get an email confirmation as well.

I just checked your order, and it is indeed just waiting on our admin folks to manually put it through (PayPal involved some additional steps with credit cards don't). However, while I have your attention for a moment I see something in the configuration which we should address.

You selected two fan upgrade kits: both quiet fans and blue LED fans. We can only install one or the other fan type in each vent, though, and I don't recommend mixing them like that. As such, is it more important to you to have the LED lighting or the lower noise options? Personally, in the case you have I don't think there will be much noise difference between the two... so I'd be inclined to go with the LED fans. If you want a quieter system, you could consider the Antec P183 chassis instead of the Lancool PC-K7.

I am dealing with depth issues with the case which is why I went with the Lancool. Most everything is too deep for my cabinet

As far as the fans go, I would like to go with the LEDs..unless they sound like tornadoes

Okay, we removed the quiet fan kit and processed the order for the slightly smaller total price. You should have recieved an email confirmation by this time.
