I know there aren't many tech savvy folks out there. For that reason, it would be great if Puget Systems enhanced their customer service by adding GoToAssist Express or a similar piece of software that would enable CS representatives to better troubleshoot computer issues. Sometimes, discussing things over the phone isn't enough and it may help to actually be able to hop onto a customer's computer to fix the issue. All the customer would have to do is click on the link provided in the e-mail from Puget Systems to connect.
