Issue with monitor

I did not get a monitor with the serinity desktop, thinking tat I could use a TV, however, only a VGA connection is there on the TV. So I ended up buying a LG E2241V monitor with HDMI connection.
Unfortunately this goes into sleep mode and I cannot wake it up, so I can't do any changes or even instal the cd drivers of LG.
Any suggestions?

It looks like you've also contacted our support folks. They don't generally use our forums for troubleshooting - its not as quick & direct as phone / email - but as long as you are able to get in touch with them via other means and get things resolved that should do the trick Good luck!
