so here as promised are the pictures:

you can see it being put together as well as the whole and the cooler.

made a nice sexy race car like cover with racing stripes and all.

the black tubing is insulation to help with the condensation, that wooden desk was made by hand over a weekend i would hate to see the wood get ruined by water.

you can also see here the pump basiclly frozzen it spends most of the time like this, and this ice sheet forms in about 5-8 secs from boot so about instant.

already focusing on my next cooling system want to maintain sub zero temps at overclocked specs.

right now i got 5.2ghz(ill have pics of this in a bit which will upload from the beast its self)


if you want the voltage settings i will share but you need to understand the risks involved with this sort of stress so i would give them as ppl ask just so i can ensure you understand the risks. voltages are extremely risky to play with and can easily mess up everything in your computer. this also decresses your components life.

so im trying to bring lower temperatures. any one that knows about AC units would be great help.

My compressor right now is being used as a water cooler running on R22 gas, so i can only get the liquid to the cap that R22 sets.

now from what i understand about ACs and refrigerants is that different gasses will get me different temps, but with different gasses comes different pressures and oil mixes.

Helium boils at -269c?

could that gas be used instead of the R22?

my plan is to create a direct dye on the CPU instead of the water cooler and since i have to drain the system of its gas to be able to do this might as well just upgrade the gas.

If any one knows anything about AC compressors or such please throw in your insight. even if you dont know much any info helps.

wilson or jon, you guys got any insight on this stuff or any one over there at puget that knows about this?

the system is not effecient.

with the CPU running at this much power (5.2ghz) the heat output is too much for a water chiller system. even a subzero one.
the cpu is around 38C after playing some games for 5~ hrs.

if you are using mineral oil to remove air and condensation, go for a direct dye system. this will offer you lower temperature and since the compresor wont be struggling as much your room wont be at 95F and 105~ F at the computer location. unless you make an exhust outside which means you need to make a hole on the wall goin outside.

Conclusion, direct dye is the way to go for OP performance. maybe even a pelt system might perform better. and you wont take out your breaker which is always a plus.
