| "I'm a first time customer of Puget Systems and can't say enough about how great they are. When I was looking for a new system, I tried the big names (Dell, HP, Alienware) and couldn't get a configuration that was just right for what I needed. Also knowing that my previous Dell was limited in upgrade options, the search was on to find a company that could do what I wanted for a system.
I came across Puget Systems back in October 2007 and started playing around with configurations. When I decided on one to work with, I decided to have it reviewed and heard back from William the same day. He gave great feedback, and unusual were ways to trim down the cost. Usually, salespeople will upsell you as much as possible. This honesty is something I appreciate and it helped since there were certain things I didn't ultimately need.
6 months later when I finally had money to go ahead with the system, I placed the order which was on 4/16/08. Their communication is awesome, and I knew where my system was every step of the way. It arrived a day early on 4/22/08 and it was the best packing job I have ever seen.
I plugged the system in and I love that everything was perfect from the start. No junkware to delete, all updates were taken care of, and the system was ready. Try getting that from any of the big names...it's not gonna happen. I also love how they give you the spare parts that came with what you buy. Also, all information is put together in a 3-ring binder and it shows how your system tested along with any software and manufacturer contacts. Again, you will never see this type of detail with the big names.
1 week since getting the system, its running perfectly and have set it up in a wireless network with no problems. I cant believe how quiet it is also. After working with computers for years, I can honestly say this is the best built system that I have been able to work with. You can tell these people have a passion for what they do, and they build it like its their own.
If you are unsure of Puget, I would like to say give them a shot and work with them. They will take the time to help you out and build you exactly what you want, not something you don't need. I came back a repeat customer because my last purchase through them was the most satisfying computer purchase I had ever had.
I received honest feedback on the system I had configured, and the prompt communications back from Puget were very informative.
When my PC was configured, they emailed me pictures both inside and out of the new system. The care in which the cabling was tied down made me realize that they send you these pictures not only to get you excited, but also to show how proud they are of their finished product.
When it arrived, I was SHOCKED to see that all the documentation for my individual parts and the system sale as a whole were arranged in a 3 ring binder for safe keeping.
I intentionally didn’t start this testimonial by talking about the quality of the system and the parts they use, and I assure you, the quality is top-notch, but anyone can provide high quality merchandise. I am very pleased with my system I bought from Puget Custom Computers. The entire experence from beginning to end was great.
