Quote: ...it's easily the least gaudy looking gaming system I've ever tested and the components are always quality. The customized Antec P183 V3 enclosure is also much appreciated, guaranteed to keep the noise down better than other boutique builds might. If I weren't so invested in rolling my own, this would probably be the desktop I'd order for myself. Read the full review here.

Puget Systems brings more to the table than any one of us can really achieve, though. I've had the privilege of looking at the extensive reliability testing they do on the components they use in their builds, and the fact is that very few of us have thermal imaging hardware required to get a really good idea of where the hot spots in our builds are. And then while I'm sure many of you own a dremel and wouldn't have any problem modding your cases, I don't. The Deluge Mini is a custom build of the highest order. Read the full review here.

Quote: Remember when the term "customer service" actually had some validity to it? It almost seems like a pipe dream these days, but there are still a few companies that pride themselves on providing top quality products with equally as good customer service. One such company is Puget Systems, a custom computer shop based in Auburn, WA. that has been in the business for nearly 10 years and has seen significant growth as a result of their well-known attention to detail. Puget offers this same level of interaction, including the near real-time monitoring, benchmarking and photos, to all of their customers whether they spend $6000 or $1000. Quote: So what does this all mean? It means that the Deluge is a kickass gaming system. It scored 73 frames per second on Crysis, a notoriously hard gaming test. 73fps means that the visuals will be smooth and stutter-free. The Deluge also scored 73 frames per second on the World of Conflict gaming test. These are pretty decent scores. The system also aced our multimedia tests. Watch the full review here.

Read what our customers have to say about Puget Systems!
While reviews and awards from major publications are great, nothing speaks louder than the words of our customers.| "I just received my new Puget Systems computer and I couldn't be happier, both with the machine (which operated flawlessly out of the box and was astoundingly well packaged and organized) and the assistance provided by everyone I dealt with at Puget Systems (especially William George, my sales rep). I'd never ordered a computer online before and was frankly a little nervous about the whole process. But the experience I've had with Puget so far honestly couldn't be better. I must have changed my mind and sent them over a dozen emails asking all kinds of stupid questions before and after the sale, and every question I had was patiently and knowledgably answered. I spent more money than I would have if I'd gone with some other vendors or tried to build it myself, but so far the experence has more than made up for the difference in cost. I did experience some frustration at first with video quality in some games, but after some research and fiddling with settings in the games and on the Nvidea display manager in windows, I don't think it has anything to do with the video card itself - just settings I need to optimize. There may be some other folks out there that do custom gaming computers as well as Puget, but you'd be hard pressed to find anybody who combines such attention to detail and quality with top-notch and respectful service. Five stars, all the way!" |

| "Since my first system in the early 80s, I've always assembled my own systems. After some thought, I decided it was time to give that up and started looking around for a reputable vendor that would give me a custom system that would meet my expectations. Things weren't looking good at first so I started putting together the component list for building it myself when I found a review talking about Puget systems. I did my due diligence and found excellent reviews and a clean, easy-to-use site for custom systems. After finding almost all the components I had specced out, I sent in my "check this" order and got a reply just a few hours later from Brett. He had reviewed the system and made some suggestions (which I agreed with) and we went forward with the order. Honestly, I was nervous about getting a system that wasn't going to meet my demands. I need not have worried. Regular updates, temperature and benchmarks baselines, pictures of assembly... it was all there to let me know exactly what was going on with my new system. Once in hand, the system was up and running without any hassles whatsoever and it's been humming ever since. Well, kinda humming -- the dang thing is so quiet, it's hard to tell it's on. I won't be building my own systems anymore. I did a great job on building systems for the last 30 years. Puget is better." |

| "I'm very happy with your company's service and the quality of your computers. I was thrilled to receive my new Serenity desktop a few days ago. It was a big jump for me because I was giving up on Apple products (iMacs in particular) and wanted to try Windows 7, which has worked out quite well. Here is some feedback on your performance: Great website; easy to use and navigate Great customer support; I liked the way the sales person came up on chat in couple of minutes to ask if I needed assistance. Good tracking of the computer as it was built; status kept me informed of the progress. The picture of the computer was a nice touch. Computers are very professionally built; almost like a work of art when I opened up the case to remove the packing foam. Products are exactly as advertised; the Serenity is very quiet, not like the Dell desktop I had several years ago. The computer was professionally packed; it arrived in perfect working order. No bloat! No unnecessary programs on the computer The recovery disks were a nice touch. Ever try to do a clean reinstall of Windows XP. It's a two day project! Here's the bottom line. If someone wants a cheap, discount computer, you are not the place to shop. If someone wants a custom built computer at a fair price and with a whole lot of extra value, you're the ones I recommend. Wishing you a happy and prosperous 2012." |

| "I am in absolute love! I had one of those "power supply dies, kill hard drives because the voltage went down the wrong rail" kind of failures on a five year old custom desktop. Now, I had been beating up the desktop pretty hard by running several programs at once, including Adobe Photoshop CS4, to the point of making it gasp, so I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted. I started doing my research and kept coming back to Puget Systems for various reasons, including the fact that they are relatively local, they had the name brand parts I wanted, and their configuration screen was relatively easy to work with. What sold me was the customer service. After working with the configuration screen and not coming up with what I exactly wanted, I left a detailed story on their customer contact form on the weekend and by Monday evening, I had a response from Daniel with a quote for a machine. We discussed a few things and came up with a machine that had one, maybe two changes, from the original. Every communication that I've had with Daniel and the rest of the Puget Staff has been top notch. I haven't felt talked down to, bedazzled with fancy tech terms, made to feel like I didn't know what I was talking about, or have this sinking feeling that the person I was dealing with was reading from some canned script. Instead I knew I was dealing with real people with technical knowledge who understood and respected my level of technical expertise. When I finally placed the order, I loved being able to watch the build progression online and know exactly where my machine was at. I felt like I was virtually there. The computer being packaged within a 50 pound box within a box set up so that the computer case looked immaculate and the computer worked the first time as expected was phenomenal. I could go on and on about all the good things that Puget did . . .. It's enough to say that at one week and one day, I am very pleased with my computer and I have yet to make it gasp." |

| "I know the name of every person that played a role in building my CPU and the benchmark checks that were completed. I known that my CPU was tested and operated before it was sent out. The packing materials were impressive. I am pleased with the operation of my CPU and the fact that it was assembled in the USA by technicians who had a real concern about the operation of my CPU. No software other then the operating system and necessary drivers was a part of my decision making process. I strongly recommend Puget Systems." |

| "#86087. This computer received in excellent condition thanks to the proper packing. Overlook shows the attention to detail given to this build by talented and interested Puget Systems staff. The machine fires right up with no noise, none, not even any kind of a sound. Fast boot, no heat. Everything works smooth and is a pleasure to use. The video drives an AsusVH2442H in HDMI 16x9 with a outstanding picture really breathtaking. Since the machine is silent a person can stay at the desk much longer than being next to one that noisey. To sum things up The Puget Systems people design and build computers that are as good as you can get, SOTA. You receive a lot of extras that are to numerous to list here and then there are the people. The people make the the whole experience over the top. I like this company there products and there way of doing business. I plan to have several more machines built by them." |

| "To encounter a company that takes quality and customer service as imperatives is rare in the fierce competition of the PC arena – Puget Systems does. The Serenity model delivered: silent and swift. Other observations on this Serenity that is used primarily for financial analysis with Excel: - There was no effort to sell me hardware I did not need - The prices are fair - My questions about the final system were answered by Jeff who was knowledgeable, patient and courteous - The system was built and tested over a holiday, shipped on a Monday, reflecting a serious work ethic - The shipping package is by far the most carefully thought out I have seen - The computer arrived intact after a flight from the West Coast to the Gulf Coast - Quality parts and meticulous cabling were a welcome sight - The software was installed and updated with current patches and drivers - A Rescue Disk was included with the all parts and extensive documentation The list goes on. This was not a minimum configuration, a sizzling i7, 16 G of memory, a SSD primary drive, a 2 T secondary internal disk, and a potent graphics card. I have yet to hear a fan crank up. The Serenity is not just quiet, it is silent. An ideal office machine. There may be other companies that can match Puget Systems quality and service but I haven’t found them." |

| "Phenomenal customer service. Those 3 words are very powerful and comforting when ordering a custom-pc. I was looking for a custom-built machine for my photo and video editing work. I did some web research and heard good things about Puget Systems, so I went to their custom configurator to spec and price out a "dream machine". I abandoned the configurator after thinking that the system would be too much money. Well, a few minutes later, I received an email that said, "It looks like you were visiting our site and using our configuration tool, can we help you further?" So I wrote a quick email back explaining my thoughts, and Jeff at Puget Systems explained things and configurations that I was not aware of, which reduced the price - and gave me the confidence they they really knew what they were talking about. Additionally, they gave me the confidence that they were building me a real photoshop machine vs. so many "gamer" machines. There is a difference. The most enjoyable thing was that I felt engaged in the build - throughout the whole process. On their website, I could log in to see the stages of the build, review the parts, see the experts discuss the various components of my system, and then photos were taken during the build and posted to my profile. THAT was so COOL! It all built the expectation and anticipation that you were to receive something truly great. When the computer arrived, the box was impeccably packaged. Everything arrived perfectly, I received a 3 ring binder kit including my system information, phone numbers, paperwork, help info, system discs, repair discs, etc. The whole experience was second to none, and for that I am truly grateful - and cannot recommend them highly enough! -Michael" |

| "I am, quite simply, blown away. Puget Systems not only delivered everything I asked for, they went so far above and beyond my expectations that I recommend them without reservation. They made it easy to select a set of compatible components to build a computer with. When I submitted the order, they contacted me to say that they recommended an additional component that I didn't include the first time. I asked them why they recommended that, and they gave enough information to satisfy me and convince me of the need—and I've built computers before, so I know what I'm doing. They were always responsive, courteous, and respectful in emails—and we exchanged several when I was figuring out the payment and shipping options. The thing that really got my attention was the detail with which I could observe their progress in building the system. They have a detailed series of tests that they run, including a full suite of benchmarks and temperature readings, to be sure the system is not only assembled, but operating well. They even took pictures of the inside of the computer, and screenshots of the BIOS! I wouldn't have ever thought to request such things, but they are useful. That's the sort of thing that really separates these guys from other vendors. In short, I can't recommend Puget Systems highly enough. They did a superb job, and I'm looking forward to working with them again in the future." |
