The Tyan Thunder n6550EX (S4989) has the capacity to house up to four AMD Opteron Rev. F processors and up to 128GB of RAM. Designed and optimized for superior performance, this motherboard does not have many equals.

We have noted that the onboard nVidia nForce Pro 3050 chips can generate a lot of heat. Use this board in cases with good airflow or in conjunction with purposefully placed case fans.
