Puget Systems Description

The Asus F1A75-M Pro is among the first motherboards supporting the new Fusion line of AMD processors. These combine a mid-range CPU and GPU into what AMD call an "APU" - Accelerated Processing Unit. This provides a low-cost computing platform with decent performance for a wide range of applications.

To support the new APUs, this motherboard provides a range of connectivity in a small microATX form factor. There are six SATA 6Gbps drive connections, six USB 3.0 ports (4 external, 2 internal), both digital and analog audio plugs, and gigabit Ethernet. In addition, the APU's video output provides two simultaneous monitor connections: one analog (VGA) and one digital (either DVI or HDMI).
