Our mainstream memory, or RAM, for notebook computers is tested extensively here in our labs for compatibility with the other components we offer. We only carry brands we are confident in, and in addition to our testing prior to carrying a given type of RAM module we also test every computer we build to ensure it passes memory stress-tests before shipping. Failure rates are also monitored on a regular basis, to ensure that inferior products are not kept in our line.

SODIMM units are specifically a smaller form factor for memory, which is normally used in laptop and notebooks computers. Some smaller desktop systems also use this memory size in order to reduce internal space needed for RAM.
