Michael is now the newest member of the Puget Systems support team. With a history ranging from Warehouse Foreman to Client Support Specialist at a Homecare Agency, he hopes to use his amalgam of experiences to empathize with the customers he engages with. Though he's currently focused on mastering the ins-and-outs of support, he intends on mastering the Python programming language before moving up to machine-learning and AI applications.
