Additional Notes

Building this system, we were particularly impressed by the simplicity. When it comes to running liquid cooling tubing, less is definitely better! The Koolance case, based on the Lian-Li V1000, has very good airflow over the hard drives, driven by a 120mm fan. Due to this fact, the owner decided to do away with the hard drive liquid cooling, and the result was a system with no split lines and no adapters, leaving the coolant to run on a fully 3/8 inch system with very little resistance. It runs VERY cool, and looks great too! This system ran cool enough that we were able to undervolt the two 120mm fans to 7V for quiet operation, with plenty of airflow to keep everything cool. All around, a pleasure to build!
