Puget Systems offers a broad list of truly TAA compliant laptops. Our Traverse laptops go through the same assembly, install, and testing process as our workstation models, right here in our facility just outside of Seattle, WA.
The Trade Agreements Act, or TAA, mandates that a product must either be manufactured or substantially transformed in a designated country. Using the available guidance from the Customs and Border Protection Agency we certify TAA compliance on our Traverse laptops.
Some other features available to conform to your security standards are the webcam and microphone removal services; very popular features for our research, military and security conscious customers.
Our full line of laptops will be available via our GSA Schedule 70 contract in the near future, and several Traverse laptop models are now available below the micro-purchasing threshold; we accept GSA Smart Pay cards for payment.
