New PC Sales

Customers who place orders for a full personal computer system, and who select Microsoft Windows 7 as their OS of choice, will be immediately placed in queue for shipment which will begin in earnest on October 13, 2009. Orders will be placed in queue on first-come basis and Puget Systems standard shipping policies apply. Place your order early to ensure an early spot in our queue! Shipping dates are not guaranteed. Microsoft Windows 7 Upgrade Coupons

Puget Systems customers that purchased copies of Windows Vista with Windows 7 Upgrade Coupons must redeem their coupons through Micosoft. They may utilize our free labor services in upgrading their PCs, by sending in their PC, including their Windows 7 COA and disk, which we use for the installation.

Puget Systems Free Windows 7 Upgrade Program

For a time, Puget Systems also offered its own Windows 7 upgrade program, independent of Microsoft. These customers will show a Puget Systems Windows 7 Upgrade reflected on their order. To redeem this offer, these customers must send their PC to Puget Systems for upgrade before March 15, 2010. The upgrade process is handled fully by Puget Systems.

Windows 7 Upgrade Procedures

Puget Systems customers will be able to ship their machines to us for upgrade between November 1, 2009 and March 15, 2010. To schedule your upgrade service, please contact our support department.

• Before sending in your computer, you must contact us for an upgrade number, which must be clearly written on the box. Shipments received without an upgrade number may be refused.
• You will be responsible for any shipping costs to and from our facility, and must use the original packaging for safety.
• We will perform a fresh Windows 7 installation, so your hard drive will be completely erased. Back up your data before you send your machine!
• After installing Windows 7, we will put your computer through our full testing and benchmarking process, to make sure it is problem free and is performing as expected.
