International Shipment Warnings
Systems outside the USA will void their hardware warranty. You will be responsible for all costs including any warranty repairs or part replacement on your own.
We will not be responsible for shipping damage. While we will make every effort to ensure your system arrives without damage, you must be willing to accept the risk that the system may have components damaged or loose during transit.
We will not provide any RMA or replacement of system or components. This is due to the added difficulties and uncertainty that accompanies trying to get components back internationally.
We do not ship or support shipping internationally. Puget Systems will not sign any shipping or export paperwork, nor allow ourselves to be represented as a party in an export.
Clients who export their system outside the USA are responsible for all brokerage fees, taxes and import duties. Puget Systems is not in any way involved with determining or collecting those costs.
The export of our systems are governed by US law. A statement on our invoices says, "These commodities, technology, or software are subject to the United States Export Administration Regulations. Diversion contrary to U.S. law is prohibited."
The power cords we provide are for US style wall sockets only. If you require a different style power plug, you must source that cable locally.
