We've just gotten our hands on the first Asus motherboard supporting Conroe in the mATX size -- the Asus P4B-VM. I know there are a lot of people waiting for it! Not only does it allow for much smaller computers using Conroe, but it also is at a much lower price point than the other full size boards!

Incidently, that link also uses one of the new Antec cases we've added to our line -- a really nice looking, good quality case!

Im excited for this!

I think I'm going to rebuild my system at home with this motherboard. Micro ATX is perfect for me. When that system becomes obsolete, I can just move it into a HTPC case, and have a Conroe based HTPC!

It would be good to note, too, that the Asus P5B-VM doesn't use heat pipes to cool anything, so it can be mounted upside down or in any orientation. Good news for people with Lian-Li V-series cases. On the one hand, it doesn't seem like a good fit to put a mATX motherboard in a full size case, since you have extra room in the case (ie, more space for PCI slots) that you aren't taking advantage of...but when you think about it, you almost always lose a few PCI slot spaces to things like USB headers, firewire headers, etc anyhow, so really it isn't terribly different...just a few less options in terms of what can go where.
