In terms of connectivity, this board is well equipped. It has dual video outputs with DVI and HDMI, both analog and digital audio outputs, Intel gigabit Ethernet, and several USB ports: four each of USB 2.0 and 3.0, in fact. Four PCI-Express slots are also present, in varying sizes, with SLI and Crossfire supported as well.
This is an excellent MicroATX sized motherboard. This means it is a bit smaller than standard ATX motherboards so it can fit in a smaller case. However, this also means that it has a few less PCI-E expansion slots. So if you would like the capability to add more expansion cards (wireless cards, Firewire, USB, RAID controller, or additional video cards) in the future, you may want to consider a standard ATX motherboard instead.
