The Corsair SF450 is a small form factor (SFX) power supply, used in some ITX computer cases where full ATX power supplies would not fit. It is very efficient, with an 80 PLUS Gold rating, and has a quiet fan that turns off entirely at lower power levels. The 450W maximum load rating is somewhat limited, but should be plenty for ITX systems which can only fit one video card and a few drives.
Please note that due to the smaller size of this PSU, it cannot be used in larger cases which are designed for full ATX power supplies.

This should be able to handle powering almost any single-GPU video card, but I would not recommend it for use with dual GPU cards. Of course, such cards would probably be too hot to put in a small chassis to begin with.
