Antec ISK 110 VESA U3 Dimensions
This slim chassis from Antec is designed for applications where size matters. It can house a mini ITX motherboard, along with dual 2.5" internal drives - but no expansion cards or optical drive. It has a mesh cover on one side to allow airflow around the motherboard and CPU fan, but the case itself does not have any active cooling.
It can be operated either horizontally (on it's closed side) or vertically on it's included stand. It also includes a mounting plate which can be used to attach it to the back of a monitor with a 50mm, 75mm, or 100mm VESA mounting pattern. This U3 model also updates two of the front USB ports to USB 3.0.

This is a great small form factor case that we use in our Puget Echo configuration. This comes with a mount that fits VESA 50mm, 75mm, and 100mm, so you can mount this on a wall, or back of a monitor if you like. This case does not have enough room for an internal optical drive.
