Our goal is to provide the best customer experience possible. Quantity orders have unique challenges, and so we approach them with a different set of policies in order to deliver the product in a manner most convenient to our customers. Here's how a larger quantity order may vary from our standard procedures:
Discounts
Due to the increased efficiency that comes with higher quantity, we are able to offer discounts with larger orders.
- 5% discount for quantity 5-9
- 10% discount for quantity 10-19
- Discount for quantity 20+ on a case by case basis
The best part is that large quantity does not significantly lengthen our build times. Usually, we only need an additional day per 20 units (subject to hardware availability). With 20+ quantity, the discount we can offer depends on many factors, including the complexity of the build, whether you have an IT staff to handle general support and troubleshooting, and how much of a bulk discount we get from our distributors on your components. System Information Booklets
By default, quantity orders are accompanied by only a single binder of documentation. This keeps all the important information about the order in a single, easily referenced location.
Restore DVDs
Usually, the system image is identical across an entire quantity order. As such, the System Information Booklet will include a single Restore DVD.
Freight Shipment
Whenever possible, we prefer to ship quantity orders using palletized freight shipping methods. These shipments are much safer against both shipping damage and tampering, as well as being more efficient and less wasteful. Please note in order to use freight shipping methods, the delivery location must be able to accept delivery from a semi-truck. We are happy to accomodate special delivery requirements, such as lift-gate trucks or inside delivery services. Please if you have any questions or special requests.
