Video Card

NVIDIA RTX PRO 5000 Blackwell 72GB PCI-E Main Picture

The NVIDIA RTX PRO 5000 Blackwell is a high-end professional video card. As the name suggests, it uses their new Blackwell architecture - the same tech underlying the GeForce RTX 50 Series. However, it has limited maximum power consumption, which translates into lower clock speeds. It offers less performance than the top-end RTX PRO 6000, but is still very fast, and this variant sports 50% more memory than the standard RTX PRO 5000: 72GB instead of 48GB. Aside from that, the two versions are functionally identical - though of course the increased VRAM also results in a higher price tag, approaching that of the faster 6000 Blackwell.

As with most other professional graphics cards from NVIDIA, the RTX PRO 5000 Blackwell uses a blower-style cooling setup. This makes it ideal for multi-GPU configurations in desktop and rackmount workstations, but can mean higher noise output under load than multi-fan video cards. Four DisplayPort 2.1 outputs are provided, supporting multiple high-res monitors.
