Silverstone TJ07 with Custom Liquid Cooling Package
The Puget Custom Liquid Cooling System is designed to blow away anything you've seen before from a mainstream custom builder, and provide a sleek, stylish liquid cooling solution that not only looks great, but performs well with very little noise overhead.
Instead of using a stock liquid cooling kit from a company like Koolance or Thermaltake, we have hand selected only the best liquid cooling components to provide superior performance. With 3/8 inch tubing and powerful pumps, our custom liquid cooled machines are high flow and ultra efficient. This page is designed to give you a good feel for what we offer, and will step you through all the component options we provide.

One of the most important parts of a liquid cooling system is the radiator. Responsible for dissipating the heat away from the computer components, the better the radiator, the cooler your system will run. We use a Danger Den Black Ice Pro III radiator. Using two 120mm fans at either 5V or 7V (for quiet operation), air is drawn up through the radiator and vented out the top of the case.
We also have the ability to use a Black Ice Pro II radiator, which is 50% smaller and does not provide as much cooling, but gives you the use of the top CDROM bay (the Black Ice Pro III blocks the top CDROM bay since it is so large).

 | | No external blemishes! |
One of the most unique attributes to our setup is that we are able to mount the radiator to the top of the case, without the need from screws or bolts going through the top of the case. This gives a clean and sleek look to the top of the case...completely unblemished!

The reservoir is responsible for holding extra coolant, which ensures that you provide consistent flow to your pump and waterblocks. It also serves to "trap" the bubbles to keep them from recirculating through your system. To suit all tastes, we provide two reservoir options. Both options provide easy maintenance and high performance. Which one is best for you completely depends on your taste and preferences.
The AquaTube Reservoir is certainly the most classy reservoir we've seen. From Germany, the AquaTube is a reservoir that mounts in two CDROM bays, and provides a front view to the water level. A tube in the center of the reservoir "fountains" the water in front of a blue LED light, which looks great! Water is drawn from the bottom of the tank, and with the tube nossle keeping the intake farther away, this is an ideal setup for trapping bubbles as they pass through. Less bubbles means lower noise from the pump and waterblocks.
Pros:
Great looking! Blue LED light
Easy to fill withouth opening case
Great at removing bubbles from the system
Cons:
Case must be propped onto its back for filling
Uses two CDROM bays

The pump is responsible for actually pushing the coolant through your system. It is important to get a pump powerful enough to provide adequate flow. The pump is also often the loudest part of a liquid cooling system, you so you need to keep than in mind when selecting which pump you use. Like the reservoir, we provide two pump options. Each pump has its own strengths, and understanding the differences will help you to pick the right pump for your needs.
The AquaStream Pump is our quietest pump. It is mounted with anti-vibration mounting feet to the bottom of your case. This is an ideal pump for extremely quiet liquid cooling systems, but is not terribly powerful. If you have an extremely high performance system or have multiple processors, you should consider our optional Laing DDC pump.

Below are pictures of the full custom liquid cooled solution, with the AquaTube reservoir and AquaStream pump. In the pictures below, we are running a cutting edge SLI gaming machine, and at full load, it is running at only 10F higher than room temperature! This setup provides the best cooling and flexibility as you can possibly find from a custom system builder. Just drop us an email and we'd be happy to design a custom liquid cooled sytem for you!
