Case Comparison

There are several factors that you need to consider when choosing a case for your computer. It must have a design that does not limit airflow and hinder cooling, as well as being sturdy enough to protect the components inside during shipping. Puget Systems has taken care of these concerns by only offering cases that meet these requirements. During our burn-in process we closely monitor the temperature of your system to make sure that there are no cooling problems. If we find that your system needs additional cooling, we will contact you to arrange adding whatever is necessary.

You also need to think about the size of the case that you choose and other aesthetic issues. Will it be large enough to fit all the components you need? Will it be small enough that it fits where you plan to locate it? If you only plan on having one or two hard drives, and one optical drive, most any of our cases will work for you - then it's just a matter of selecting a case based on appearance, expandability, and quietness of operation. If you want to have more drives then look at the specifications of the models we offer to see which best suits your needs. In addition to more drives, larger cases generally allow for greater cooling capacity through greater airflow.
