"I purchased a Serenity system that dual boots Linux and Windows 10 about 18 months ago. I use this system for HDL simulation and firmware development. My system has been subjected to long flights, hot, humid climates and has been stressed very heavily; it has never failed despite the torture.
I had a few teething problems with Linux and the Intel SSD but the staff at Puget were very helpful keeping me productive. The Serenity is absolutely quiet. I seem able only to make the extra fan turn on when using MATLAB; it's hardly noticeable when running.
I pay the mortgage with this machine. Everything else (Dell, Lenovo, etc.) seems like a toy after you use a Puget system."

"I ordered a package of replacement parts for a case from Puget. The package arrived on time and packaged very well. Upon opening it I noticed some damage to the corner from were the carrier had dropped the package and damaged the parts. I contacted Puget and received a response very quickly informing me a replacement would be sent out as soon as possible. I am very satisfied with how they handled the situation and will be a returning customer going forward in the future. This was a very good first impression with the company. Truly a company who goes above and beyond for its customers."

"This is my second computer purchase from Puget--my first was almost nine years ago. Nine years ago I had a different job, a different car, a different waist size...
Not everything that you buy lasts. Sometimes that's okay. The batteries in your TV remote won't last long. But when you really spend on something, you'd prefer to benefit from it for years to come.
Puget systems are built to last. The assembly, quality control, and attention to detail (among other things) are to thank. When you purchase a computer from Puget, one of the checkpoints is literally "Clean any smudges from the chassis". C'mon. Buy from Puget."

"This is my first experience with Puget. My previous computer was also a custom built one. That company went out of business, so after 6 years when I had a problem they were not around to help me fix the problem. My new computer from Puget is custom built for photography. It is very fast, very quiet and so far is exactly what I needed. I have nothing but good things to say about the people that I worked with in getting my computer built and running in my home office. I especially appreciated the time Puget took as we designed a computer just for me. I appreciate that Puget took the time to see that each component met the specs. They actually found that one component did not and swapped it out for a good one. You can imagine how sad I would have been if that problem had surfaced after the computer was being used in my home office. I am counting on them being around should problems crop up in the future."

"I was pleasantly surprised as to how fast one gets a response from a Customer Rep, let alone the chance to save money instead of having someone trying to convince you to spend more. I ordered my system and tracked it for a few days before it arrived. I was given a lot of info as to where and what my system was doing while being put together . Further down to the end of the build, pictures and stats were up for to see how the system was doing at final build and testing.
After a long week, I finally went to pick up and take it home. I must say I am highly impressed with the service and shipment. My system I so quiet you couldn't tell it was running at all. Performance... I'm more than happy with this system and would highly recommend Puget systems to anyone looking for a well built, tested and taken care of system.
Thank you very much.."

"I bought a Genesis to be the centerpiece of my audio and video studio about three years ago, and it has been a fabulous experience. The process of buying the computer was great; your guys counseled with me to find out precisely what I needed, and the machine has indeed been perfectly suited to my needs.
What has stood out, though, is its reliability. In the three years I've had it, it's performed flawlessly with no technical issues of any kind- and this is with more than a dozen external drives, soundboards, controllers, and devices connected at the same time, and with (literally) hundreds of different software applications, some of them very taxing computationally, being run regularly and often in concert.
This speaks to the superior planning, building, and setup of my Genesis. Sometimes, people don't understand how often computer problems are the result of poorly-matched hardware or driver software that isn't set up properly; those seem like basic things, but they're the kinds of details that yield major effects- good or bad- for the end user.
I use five different computer regularly for various kinds of work in my life, and the Puget machine is the only one I've never had any issues with, despite it being the one I push the hardest.
I recommend Puget to everyone I can, and when the time comes to build another studio machine, I know it'll be from your fine company. Thank you for being a superior option for PC power users."

"Puget Systems is fantastic. I have now owned my system for a few weeks, and it works wonderfully. It's a beautiful build, and having access to the building process with their online system (you can see the steps being completed as it goes through the process) was great. I also really liked their sales staff and recommendations.
Perhaps even more importantly, their after-sale customer service is just as top-notch and fantastic as their service before and during the sale. I've emailed/called a couple of times over the past few weeks, mostly to figure out how the new machine (and Windows 10) works, and their responses are always helpful, thorough, professional, and candid -- just like when they try to sell you a machine in the first place.
Puget Systems is definitely a premier seller. You do pay extra for the service and top-notch equipment. But the value is absolutely tremendous, and worth it.
My last system was from a different computer maker, in 2006. They were very good. But Puget Systems is amazing, and has more than lived up to the wonderful reviews I've seen on Resellers and elsewhere. It was those reviews, and the overall professionalism of their web site and my interactions with sales staff, that brought me to Puget Systems in the first place.
Now, being a lucky owner of one of their systems, I'd recommend them to all."

"Ok. Bought a Puget Spirit in 2009 with a SSD hard drive because reviews said they are fast and they are.
Used an Intel I5 and added a video card. This computer has been bullet proof. Not one problem and
still very fast. I know this because I have worked with friends computers that are later models from the
Big Box stores and I can tell mine just smokes them. Maybe it's the SSD and the high quality motherboards
etc. that Puget uses. I though I got a very fair price for a custom built desktop. I wish their laptop prices
would come down a bit as I would like to buy a new laptop from Puget. I would say if you want a custom
built computer do not hesitate with Puget Systems."

"Great company. Great computers. I've been a customer since 2007 and have bought three machines from them (a laptop in 2007, a desktop in 2009 and a laptop for my wife in 2012). Still have all three. We use the 2009 and 2012 machines daily. The 2009 desktop is the one I still use for work every day, and it is fantastic six years later. It's great to know this company is doing so well. I won't buy a computer anywhere else. https://twitter.com/SandoESPN/status/639937794949840896"
