"I bought a Serenity back in 2011 from you guys. I had done my own builds in the past for over 10 years prior, but this time I wanted a silent build, which I didn't have any experience with. Since then I've moved 3 times, gotten married, and am now a father to two wonderful children.
The Serenity sits in my living room hooked up directly to the TV for the last 9 years - still awesome, my strong silent companion. I've upgraded the hard drives and graphics card over time, and otherwise everything still works beautifully. It's the last desktop I've ever had to buy so far. Thanks for such a quality product!"

"What I wanted out of a new computer experience at this stage of my life is reliability. I wanted the confidence that when I hooked up the system the first time it would work and continue to work for a long time after. I've had the system now for a month and so far have been happy with it. I've been in the computer industry for the last 30 years so I knew what I wanted, so I did not have too much interaction with support when creating my system. The interaction I did have I was certainly happy with. And knowing I can talk with someone in the US if I need it, and that if the system needs fixed, there is no labor charge are both reassuring. My only gripe, if you want to call it that, is when the computer goes to sleep for some time, I need to press the power button for the computer to come out of sleep mode No big deal; if this is all I have to worry about, I'm happy! I was surprised to find a Windows CD with the binder, this is nice to have, and is practically unheard of today. You do pay a few hundred dollars more up front, but I believe having the support behind you at Puget systems is worth it."

"IN 2009 I had a custom system built by Puget. Cost about $1100. Nothing super fancy
because I don't do heavy graphics or video or CAD work and such. But I wanted
a system that was built with high quality components. I wanted a SSD, which were not to common
at that time. A decent graphics card. I'm not a gamer but use a lot of stock analysis software.
I did not need massive HD space so the SSD has plenty of room for my apps. I wanted a solid
and high quality mother board and an Intel processor and cooling system that was not
top tier but just a step below. Ten years later this machine is still bullet proof, never had a
problem of any kind and as fast as I need it to be. Much faster that some of my friends
generic desktops that are much newer. I would not hesitate to have them build me
another but I don't even need a new desktop because their builds are so awesome."

"This testimonial was written a little more than a year after purchasing my desktop system from Puget. Earlier on, I planned on writing an admiring, glowing, and full of praise description of both my buying experience and the initial performance of this new system. But, after reviewing some of the previous testimonials, I could see that praise was obviously not lacking and I thought that perhaps if I waited a while I might find something else of substance to write about. Something that might be more meaningful to new readers. Something that might include problems, issues, or disappointments. Well, a year has gone by and I have now tired of waiting. All has been good and all is still good. All the praises you will find in other testimonials do apply here, too. So, instead of repeating words like fast, quiet, cool, silent, stable, expertise, helpful, informative, I’ll leave only a few words that describe my reasons for choosing Puget Systems. Everyone has differing reasons. I hope mine are interesting or helpful to you.
I don’t use my computer for professional purposes. I use it mostly for personal enjoyment and have been purchasing home computers since the 1990’s. Or earlier. Can’t recall exactly when I got my first but I do know it was back when Radio Shack was selling their TRS-80 and Color Computers. Since then I’ve purchased or built several more and used them primarily to support my interest in photography. When I turned 80 years old (last year), I decided to treat myself with the PC of my dreams. After lots of research, I found Puget Systems. I described my photography needs/applications to Puget and they assisted in establishing the specs for what I purchased: a cool, quiet, fast, stable desktop computer. One of the previous testimonials that I read said: “Everything else (Dell, Lenovo, etc.) seems like a toy after you use a Puget Systems.” Perfectly put.
One additional comment: In all my earlier computers that I bought or built, I always found myself having to tweak the Windows operating system’s user settings as time went by. I almost think that Puget anticipated the user needs of someone like me and preset the optimum choices. All I know is that Windows 10 has performed flawlessly since day one. Maybe I should be giving the credit to Microsoft instead …. but I doubt it. All I know is everything is rock solid and I’m now a happy octogenarian."

"I purchased a Serenity system that dual boots Linux and Windows 10 about 18 months ago. I use this system for HDL simulation and firmware development. My system has been subjected to long flights, hot, humid climates and has been stressed very heavily; it has never failed despite the torture.
I had a few teething problems with Linux and the Intel SSD but the staff at Puget were very helpful keeping me productive. The Serenity is absolutely quiet. I seem able only to make the extra fan turn on when using MATLAB; it's hardly noticeable when running.
I pay the mortgage with this machine. Everything else (Dell, Lenovo, etc.) seems like a toy after you use a Puget system."

"I ordered a package of replacement parts for a case from Puget. The package arrived on time and packaged very well. Upon opening it I noticed some damage to the corner from were the carrier had dropped the package and damaged the parts. I contacted Puget and received a response very quickly informing me a replacement would be sent out as soon as possible. "This is my second computer purchase from Puget--my first was almost nine years ago. Nine years ago I had a different job, a different car, a different waist size...
Not everything that you buy lasts. Sometimes that's okay. The batteries in your TV remote won't last long. But when you really spend on something, you'd prefer to benefit from it for years to come.
Puget systems are built to last. The assembly, quality control, and attention to detail (among other things) are to thank. When you purchase a computer from Puget, one of the checkpoints is literally "Clean any smudges from the chassis". C'mon. Buy from Puget."
