Assembly and Cabling

I knew Puget would be good after seeing the quality of their web site. Thankfully, that quality trickled down to every other facet of their company. The customer service was great, my computer was built well, and they provided me a comprehensive list with all the details about my machine. If I don’t build my next computer, I’ll buy it here.

have had my new liquid cooled set up for several weeks now and absolutely no problems. runs extremely quiet and seems to be rock solid and stable . People were great to deal with and responded quickly to emails and questions , and were very helpful with design .
This unit looks beautiful and runs great. So far above any of the top Dells I have had it’s not even in the same ballpark, and the price was barely higher than a Top of the line Dell . Workmanship and quality far surpasses any mail line manufacturer.

I continue to be amazed by the quality of this operation. They provide excellent advice–on all levels–and they know their stuff well enough to steer you away from higher-priced and higher-hyped components and then offer you reasonable choices that better suit your needs. Wilson Chau was my advisor through the whole process of trial and error and guided me through all the technical details to help me design a system that will work best for me. This is my second machine from this company and I will certainly be back when I decide I need a new configuration.
What do I appreciate most? the courtesy with which all questions (no matter how goofy) are answered. Oh, and the prices, of course.

I ordered my new system last week and am expecting it this week. The people at Puget are very friendly and helpful. They treat you as friends. They even found ways to save me money when they reviewed my system. How many times do you see that happen these days?? I am looking forward to the arrival of my system. I feel confident that it will do as expected. I’ll comment on that later when it arrives. So far, very satisfied.

I ordered a motherboard which no one else had in stock (Asus P5W DH Deluxe). Puget systems claimed they had 3. I ordered one knowing that I would get a letter telling me that there was an inventory error and would have to wait 3 weeks. Instead FedEx dropped off my package 48 hours later in perfect shape. Unbelievable! Very pleased. I’ll be back!

Despite a delay caused by a shortage of AMD processors and a mistake by a supplier, I was very impressed by both the help I received in building the system and the response times to any questions I had.
When FedEx missed a delivery date and I contacted PCC about getting the shipping refunded From FedEx, they were extremely prompt and helpful.

Once I finally got my PC, I was blown away by the quality of the system, the sheer amount of parts and documentation included (a far cry from the ads and useless manuals that come from “big box” systems), and the performance of the PC.

Overall I would give Puget Custom Computers a 9.9/10, and I will certainly use them again.

The high marks you see for these guys are abolutely true and well-deserved. I have purchased dozens of computers over the years and dealing with PCC was a “ten” in every respect.

About three months ago I received my super-souped-up Dual Dual Core Opteron Workstation from Puget Systems.

I’ll keep this feedback short and to the point: don’t even bother with IBM, Dell, or HP. You’ll never see the kind of attention to detail in workmanship and manufacturing from an assembly line Tier 1, even for their top-of-the-line products.

Puget’s workmanship quality is top notch and the performance is phenomenal.
