Lots of people are cheapskates. and they deserve the system they get.

If you are of the kind that believes you get what you pay for, then Puget Systems is the place to go. I have had my Puget computer now for 8 months and I am totally impressed beyond belief. Puget worked closely with me to design and build this thing, and it is everthing I wanted and more. And they covered me on the few small issues I had to call about. If you want quality and performance, and service after the fact, give them a look for your next system.

Although I left feedback on Resellerratings.com as well – I felt it was important to leave positive feedback here as well – We tend to complain about things we don’t like but don’t leave input on good service as often as we should.

I am very pleased with my system I bought from Puget Custom Computers. The entire experience from beginning to end was great. My sales rep (thanks William) was excellent and treated me with respect and was honest with me as we discussed what I needed. I loved the ability to see the status of your machine’s build and the photos of my completed build that were sent to me as I was waiting for shipping was a great touch. Computer arrived and booted up out of the box with all sytems go. Puget did a great job with all of the little details that seperate a OK company from a top notch company – the wiring, the box of parts from all the individual components, it’s clear Puget takes the time to do it right. This was my first buy from a “custom builder” as opposed to a “name brand” and they have made a believer out of me – Puget has my future business.

I’ve had my PC from Puget for the better part of a year now. Why did I wait so long to add a a review? Simple: anyone can sell you an item, but good support and the overall config/purchase experience will always be a defining factor.

Firstly, the actual machine. Arrived sooner than expected (!) and in good condition. The packaging was better than what I would have expected. The extra few bucks for the upgrading cabling is worth it all. Machine booted up and ran like a charm on the first try.

Secondly, the support. I had a DVD drive crap out a short time. Since it’s not a solid-state part (i.e. it has moving parts) that’s no big deal. Now here’s the trick: 2 emails with support on troubleshooting and then a no-hassle drive swap under warranty. Perfect.

Overall, the experience has been quite good and I can’t really dig on Puget for any reason. Some say that they are a bit more expensive, but if you’re apt to complain about $50 extra on a $2000 computer, you need to go shopping somewhere else. Go ahead and save the 3% on cost, but you’ll pay for it in the end if ANYTHING goes wrong. Puget Custom Computers give good value for the product they supply and an honest work ethic for which I (among many others) are quite happy to pay for. Too bad buying a car isn’t a nice!

100% positive feedback from me. If you’ve ever built your own machine you can tell right away that these guys put as much care into building your system as you would yourself. From the cable management to the super-clean install, and even the packaging – there is no fluff here. There custiomer service is the best, too. Perry was knowledgeable and forthcoming, and didn’t try to sell me anything. Just good, straight, honest advice.

We are continually pleased with our overall experience in purchasing computer systems from Puget Custom Computers including response time, notification, system performance, etc… Within the past two years we have purchased all of our desktop systems from Puget and will continue to do so!

I purchased a pc from Puget in september of this year. I had never heard of them until I was in the market for a new pc. I looked at reseller ratings, as I am a firm believer in them. I only deal with companies that have a platinum rating of 9 or better. There I found Puget Systems. The computer they made for me was truly custom, as I was looking for a system with Windows XP Pro and with Windows Vista Ultimate. William helped me to build a machine with swapable harddrives, one each with the appropiate OS. A 3 gig core-duo proc, a couple gigs of fast ram, an 8800 768mg video card with directX 10, DVD burner, and a nice quiet Antec case. They built the machine in a reasonable amount of time, shipped it with the best packaging I have ever seen. The machine is flawless, runs beautifully, and never hicupped once! I have even made use of their support. I talked with James who helped me more than any tech support for any company has ever done. These people bend over backward to help their customers. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to buy from them. As long as their rating stays above 9, I will continue to buy from them. These people are great and a joy to work with. I have never bought anything that did not have a manual until I bought this computer. When I told them about it, they said I should have received one, but they never sent me one. Little things like the default sound being set for earphones was annoying and took unnecessary time to discover. Customer support and machine operation was good.

I recently bought a top-end, air-cooled, gaming computer from Puget. THIS WAS THE BEST SERVICE I’VE EVER RECEIVED FROM ANY COMPANY FOR ANY PURCHASE. I know that sounds like an exageration, but I’m serious–and I’m 65 years old; I’ve made a lot of purchases. They absolutely go to exteme lengths to make you more than just satisfied. It is always easy to talk to someone who knows what they are talking about. I’m recommending them to my friends and family.

A friend recommended Puget. Absolutely great experience from start to finish. They turned around a
review and a quote on my custom system configuration during the same weekend. System arrived
in perfect condition (no wonder, with the incredible shipping packaging) and…it just started right up.
Perfect “out of box” experience — way better than anything from the larger computer sellers. An
extra surprise was the box of all kinds of adapters, cables, screws and so on which they felt “might be
useful”, and the custom-created notebook of all the components in my machine. And for all that, the
prices are great, too.
