I was shopping for a server, trying to get specific parts put into it, the “big” computer companies laughed at my requests, telling me I don’t have a choice of hard drive brands, etc…

My first communication with Puget ended up with them telling me that they would use any part that I wanted. That hooked me.

My server was built with lightning speed and shipped before I even realized it was finished.
It is a killer machine, I can’t find anything wrong with it at all. The service was incredibly good!

My one request for tech support had someone from Puget calling me back right away, but I had already figured out the answer to me question. I doubt that I will be needing to contact them again, the machine seems flawless. I highly recommend them, and will be buying from them again in the future. Good job guys!

I am a Professional Photographer and own a totaly digital studio, we needed a very fast, and dependable computer system that would meet our large file needs, and the new system that Puget Custom Computers built for us is just what we were looking for. Very good people to deal with, and great delivery time. I do highly recommend this company to anyone needing fast, dependable computer systems.

Wanted to share my buying experience with Puget Custom Computers.

Placed my order in middle of October 06. Through email’s with my sales rep Wilson Chau, it was recommended that I should run the new nvidia geforce 8800 series of video cards due out in November 06. I have the 30″ inch Dell widescreen LCD which I plan on using for the sole purpose of high end gaming. I decided to wait, possibly upwards of a month for these wonderous new videocards.

Wilson was very understanding and almost obscenely flexible. He indulged me making some changes to my original order. Never once saying I was taking up to much of his time or he couldn’t do it.

Puget received the 8800 series video cards and my build went off over the course of 2 days. The cards ended up costing more than I expected but the the computer is competively priced.
As of November 17th it has shipped and I’m expecting to take delivery shortly.

Overall Puget Custom Computers solid reputation is deserved. They respond to each and every email, answer all your questions no matter how trivial. And for me, most importantly made me feel comfortable in my purchase decision.

Oh, and as a promise to Wilson: Go MARINERS! World Series Champs in 2007!

I knew Puget would be good after seeing the quality of their web site. Thankfully, that quality trickled down to every other facet of their company. The customer service was great, my computer was built well, and they provided me a comprehensive list with all the details about my machine. If I don’t build my next computer, I’ll buy it here.

have had my new liquid cooled set up for several weeks now and absolutely no problems. runs extremely quiet and seems to be rock solid and stable . People were great to deal with and responded quickly to emails and questions , and were very helpful with design .
This unit looks beautiful and runs great. So far above any of the top Dells I have had it’s not even in the same ballpark, and the price was barely higher than a Top of the line Dell . Workmanship and quality far surpasses any mail line manufacturer.

I continue to be amazed by the quality of this operation. They provide excellent advice–on all levels–and they know their stuff well enough to steer you away from higher-priced and higher-hyped components and then offer you reasonable choices that better suit your needs. Wilson Chau was my advisor through the whole process of trial and error and guided me through all the technical details to help me design a system that will work best for me. This is my second machine from this company and I will certainly be back when I decide I need a new configuration.
What do I appreciate most? the courtesy with which all questions (no matter how goofy) are answered. Oh, and the prices, of course.

I ordered my new system last week and am expecting it this week. The people at Puget are very friendly and helpful. They treat you as friends. They even found ways to save me money when they reviewed my system. How many times do you see that happen these days?? I am looking forward to the arrival of my system. I feel confident that it will do as expected. I’ll comment on that later when it arrives. So far, very satisfied.

I ordered a motherboard which no one else had in stock (Asus P5W DH Deluxe). Puget systems claimed they had 3. I ordered one knowing that I would get a letter telling me that there was an inventory error and would have to wait 3 weeks. Instead FedEx dropped off my package 48 hours later in perfect shape. Unbelievable! Very pleased. I’ll be back!
