This docking station from Plugable has a wide range of connectivity. It provides up to 100W charging for the laptop as well as outputs for two 4K or a single 8K monitor. 5 USB ports, a memory card reader, a Gb Ethernet port, and an audio plug are also provided. In order to drive all of that, this dock requires Thunderbolt 4 or above on the laptop and a wall power connection.
William George (Go-To-Market (GTM) Manager) Says:
Please note that the charging capacity provided by these Thunderbolt docks (100W) is insufficient for powering high-performance laptops at their full potential, and will not charge the battery while under heavy load. Our Puget Mobile C160-G, for example, needs a 230W charger to operate at full speed. I recommend having that type of system connected directly to wall power, and using this type of dock purely for added connectivity.
