USB 3.2 Gen 1 (USB 3.0) Port(s): Universal Serial Bus (USB) port for connecting USB 3.2 Gen 1 and older devices (5 Gb/s).

Mini Displayport IN: Connect a Mini DisplayPort cable from your video card to passthrough to the USB-C port.
IPMI LAN Port: RJ-45 plug for remote management of computer via IPMI (Intelligent Platform Management Interface).
10G LAN Ports (RJ-45): RJ-45 plugs for connecting to a wired Local Area Network (LAN) via Ethernet at up to 10 Gbps.
Audio Jacks: 3.5mm analog audio jacks for various input and output functions (see manual for more information).

A wide range of connectivity is provided as well: six standard USB ports, two Thunderbolt 4 connectors, dual 10Gb Ethernet, WiFi 6E, Bluetooth 5, and both analog and digital audio. Internally it has eight SATA ports and a pair of M.2 slots, supporting a flexible array of storage options.
The Thunderbolt ports on this motherboard are a little quirky when it comes to video pass-through. That is not a big deal for most users, but if you need that feature then check out Ben's guidance below.
When using the TB video passthrough with this motherboard, we found success using bi-directional, straight (non-angled), 1.4 DP to mini-DP cables with a Windows supported TB monitor and the Thunderbolt control center application running.
