Asus P9D WS Schematic
For expansion the P9D WS sports multiple PCI-Express slots, allowing for a wide range of add-in cards: graphics adapters, RAID controllers, and a host of other options. Two legacy PCI slots are included as well, in case older expansion cards are required. Overall this a well-rounded platform for building affordable workstation computers.
This is a very stable motherboard, and if you use the onboard video outputs, can support 3 monitors with its (1) DVI, (1) HDMI, & (1) DisplayPort outputs. So if you plan to use onboard video outputs, you would want to make sure your monitor(s) have compatible inputs.
