Puget Systems Returns to SIGGRAPH 2026 with Form Studios and an Immersive, Interactive Battle Against an Army of AI-Bots; Attendees Step Inside the “Robo Dojo” as a Fully-Realized MetaHuman
District Cinema and Beeble AI Also Join Puget Systems in its Booth to Demonstrate the Workflow Behind Corridor Crew’s ‘Son of a Dungeon Season 3’
Auburn, WA (July 17, 2026) – Puget Systems today announced it is returning once again to SIGGRAPH 2026 next week in Los Angeles, CA with Form Studios to create an even more exciting, interactive experience that leverages innovative LiDAR scanning technology and a large LED volume to empower attendees to ‘fight back against the machines!’
For this immersive activation in Puget Systems’ booth (#557), called The Robo Dojo, Puget Systems and Form Studios have created an interactive experience in which participants fight back against swarms of AI robots. Attendees can literally step into the Robo Dojo and become the hero of their own cinematic game. As combatants, their body controls a fully realized MetaHuman in real time as they take on a dojo full of battle-ready bots. Every fighter earns a score, and the top warrior each day will walk away with a prize.
Building off of the “Rage Room” experience created by Form Studios for last year’s SIGGRAPH conference, this year Form Studios traded a more forgiving, camera-heavy Rage Room MoCap rig for a leaner, single-sensor LiDAR system, gaining simpler deployment. The full technology setup will be on display in the Puget Systems booth.
In partnership with PNY Technologies, at the Puget Systems booth, Beeble AI and District Cinema will showcase the lighting workflow behind Corridor Crew’s Son of a Dungeon Season 3, demonstrating how AI-generated relighting and physically based rendering (PBR) passes can be seamlessly integrated into Unreal Engine.
Using Beeble Studio, the team will demonstrate SwitchLight 3 on native 4K cinematic footage, generating production-ready PBR passes for relighting and scene reconstruction. Attendees will then see how those passes are imported into Unreal Engine, enabling high-quality, real-time rendering on a Puget Systems workstation. The demonstration will be led by District Cinema’s Patrick Stoebenau, who collaborated with Corridor Crew’s Sam Gorski on the development of the Unreal Engine plugin. District Cinema will be demonstrating this demanding workflow on a Puget Systems workstation powered by an NVIDIA RTX PRO™ 6000 Blackwell Workstation Edition GPU.
Additional Tech Demos in the Puget Systems Booth at SIGGRAPH 2026
- 4D Gaussian Splat Integration: Puget Systems is welcoming Volinga to its booth, where they will run an Unreal Engine scene incorporating Gaussian Splat.
Volinga is a platform that provides tools to transform photos, videos, and scans into professional-grade immersive environments using 3D Gaussian Splatting (3DGS). Its mission is to make 3DGS technology accessible to professionals by building software for industry-standard workflows across Media & Entertainment, Product Visualization, and Simulation & Training.
Volinga Suite is a standalone application for creating, training, and editing splats independently of Unreal Engine. These assets can then be brought into applications that support 3DGS, such as Nuke and Houdini, or imported into the Volinga Plugin for Unreal Engine, which provides tools for relighting and additional editing. - Keyshot Studio: Puget Systems will also be showcasing the performance of AMD’s Threadripper™ PRO 9000 WX-Series processor in tandem with four of their Radeon™ AI PRO R9700 GPUs.
The team will be demonstrating an innovative new workflow in Keyshot Studio utilizing AI Shots, which allows users to leverage generative AI to create focused changes to an image while respecting CAD data, lighting, and perspective, which results in significantly improved consistency in end results.
Beyond the Puget Systems Booth
Additional activations with partners on the show floor at SIGGRAPH include District Cinema’s Roll for Reality, a live Dungeons & Dragons show that combines tabletop roleplaying, improvised acting, motion capture, and real-time virtual production into a shared spatial storytelling experience. Puget Systems and NVIDIA are collaborating to provide the high-performance hardware necessary to power a real-time show leveraging these various technologies.
Performers seated at a physical table collaboratively play out an epic fantasy narrative while engaging with a digital world rendered live for the audience on a large-scale LED display. The project explores how live improvisation, tabletop role-playing, and real-time rendering pipelines can be unified into a single interactive storytelling medium.
Speaking Engagement at SIGGRAPH 2026
Puget Systems president, Jon Bach, will be leading a Birds of a Feather discussion for SIGGRAPH attendees entitled “Workstations: From the Desk to the Datacenter.” During his session, Jon will engage with attendees in an active, engaging discussion exploring the spectrum from deskside workstations to rackmount systems, VDI, and cloud-based platforms. He will compare common tools and deployment models, discuss the strengths and tradeoffs of each approach, and examine how the AI boom and memory shortages are changing infrastructure decisions. Join Puget Systems for an open discussion on where workflows are headed and where the long-term equilibrium may settle.
The session will be held in room 512 on Monday, July 20 from 10:00 – 11:00 AM.
