With 16 CPU cores, 32GB of memory, and multiple hard drives in RAID1, this system puts out a lot of heat. We mounted a large radiator to the side of the workstation, allowing for fans on low speeds, for very low noise. Compare this to a standard rackmount server, and you'll wonder how you ever tolerated the noise! |
