| "A great computer buying experience and a computer that exceeded my expectations. This is my third custom build (first with Puget) and there is no comparison between the prior machines and level of service. Puget Systems is the only way to buy a new machine. William helped me from day one back in June when I started looking. The rather long e-mail thread has William clearly steering me away from potential performance issues and saving me money at the same time. Thanks William and Puget systems. At the same time I bought my machine with Puget I had ordered a laptop for a family member through one of the large manufacturers, due to extreame budgetary constraints. My Puget machine was fully updated without all the junkware. I spent about 30 minutes registering Windows and office and setting up my user preferences and antivirus software. The laptop, which had the same exact OS and user software took me 8 hours to get ready for use because nothing was updated. Also there is a problem with the DVD drive and it will likely have to go back. Looking back it is not worth the money that was saved on Brand X." |

I was so sick of buying a DELL or any PC from another Manufacture and having it preloaded with all the programs you don't need. The whole experience with Puget was positive and the system works perfectly. I love the extra special service you receive, such as a nice binder with all your system's info in one place, backup CD's, warranty info, etc. A very nice touch." |

| "I'm a first time customer of Puget Systems and can't say enough about how great they are. When I was looking for a new system, I tried the big names (Dell, HP, Alienware) and couldn't get a configuration that was just right for what I needed. Also knowing that my previous Dell was limited in upgrade options, the search was on to find a company that could do what I wanted for a system. I came across Puget Systems back in October 2007 and started playing around with configurations. When I decided on one to work with, I decided to have it reviewed and heard back from William the same day. He gave great feedback, and unusual were ways to trim down the cost. Usually, salespeople will upsell you as much as possible. This honesty is something I appreciate and it helped since there were certain things I didn't ultimately need. 6 months later when I finally had money to go ahead with the system, I placed the order which was on 4/16/08. Their communication is awesome, and I knew where my system was every step of the way. It arrived a day early on 4/22/08 and it was the best packing job I have ever seen. I plugged the system in and I love that everything was perfect from the start. No junkware to delete, all updates were taken care of, and the system was ready. Try getting that from any of the big names...it's not gonna happen. I also love how they give you the spare parts that came with what you buy. Also, all information is put together in a 3-ring binder and it shows how your system tested along with any software and manufacturer contacts. Again, you will never see this type of detail with the big names. 1 week since getting the system, its running perfectly and have set it up in a wireless network with no problems. I cant believe how quiet it is also. After working with computers for years, I can honestly say this is the best built system that I have been able to work with. You can tell these people have a passion for what they do, and they build it like its their own. If you are unsure of Puget, I would like to say give them a shot and work with them. They will take the time to help you out and build you exactly what you want, not something you don't need. I'm glad I gave them the chance, and my next purchase (a notebook) will definitely be from them. Keep up the great work!!" |

| "This was my first Puget system, a 'modest'-spec computer for the office, but it had to be reliable, and quiet. I am astounded with the low noise; in fact it is quieter than the ambient noise level at night after-hours. Otherwise, performance is outstanding, what one would expect from a high-end computer builder who provides you with a 'clean' system. I am impressed with the staff, who freely advised me on solutions, and kept me informed on the build. Personally, though I am not rolling in money, I would never consider a 'mainstream' co.; it is essential that you know you are getting the best components, and not getting the junkware. I was responsible for selecting a vendor for the business, and after a month of running the system and fiddling with it under work conditions, I am now confident (and relieved) I made the correct call for my boss. If I were asked to supply another machine, I would not hesitate to order from Puget again. Many thanks to everyone on the staff. I consider Puget among the top of the top-tier builders." |
