I am a retired IT professional who served in the US Air Force retired and went on to work for the State of Alaska, the US Department of Veterans Affairs, and various smaller private commercial entities. I hold industry certifications from Microsoft, Cisco, Novell, CompTIA, BICSI, ETA, Siemon, and a host of others, including a BS in Information Technology and a Master’s in Information Assurance and Security. I have been around the block a few times. As a computer hobbyist now nine years ago, I built a desktop machine to be the production box in my home office, and it served me well for many years. But it was way past time for an upgrade. Despite my knowledge base and experience, the plethora of hardware choices was overwhelming, so I let Puget Systems help me out, and I’m here to say I am impressed. I’m impressed by the quality of the finished product, I’m impressed by the sales, tech support, and most of all, the customer service. The people at Puget Systems have an attention to detail that just doesn’t stop. I placed my order at the beginning of November, and even with the holiday rush of Black Friday and Cyber Monday, the new box was in my hands in just over a week. Jeff Stubbers was my first and main contact who guided me through all the options, based on my budget and software usage. I feel like I got the best system for my needs. After I made my purchase the assembly team was quick with updates on the progress. Altogether, I got my computer within three weeks after placing the order. The hardware was impeccably packaged and easy to get up and running. I will definitely be using Puget Systems next time I need a new computer.

I edit YouTube videos for a living, and my aging gaming PC was struggling to keep up with the demanding software and large MP4 files used in the creation of my videos. The customer service received from Puget Systems far exceeded what most people expect these days. Before placing my order for a new PC, a representative reached out to me so he knew exactly what my work load is, so that they could build a PC perfectly catered to my exact needs. Upon receiving the PC, it was expertly packaged, and I had zero issues upon initial startup. Its obvious that they perform thorough testing before the unit is shipped out. Had a few shipping and install issues, but got it installed and working. Appreciate the help from Terrell Barnes. This replaces a Win 10 Puget PC which was very reliable, but incompatible with Win 11.

Wow. I have never had such amazing customer service and now that my new laptop is on my lap, I can say that I have never had such a beautiful piece of hardware. I had a similar laptop that ended up with a cracked screen that could not be repaired, so I decided to look into Puget Systems now that they deliver to Canada. To my surprise for the same price as my old laptop, I now have 10 extra TB of storage, a keyboard that is second to none, extra HDMI cable, extra power cable and a 2 year warranty. I am truly impressed and grateful to all those who worked on my system.

In addition it is half the weight and much quieter than my previous laptop.

I’ve been a customer for at least 10 years and have ordered many PCs from Puget. The quality is always top-notch, and the support is great.

Well, I have. Just once in 40 years, and it was a Puget Systems computer. The biggest most tricked out workstation I have ever purchased. I didn’t even realize the water had flowed off my desk and into the box until the machine froze. Then I turned it off dried it out and the next day tried to restart it, to no avail. When I was on with tech support they had me read some codes from the motherboard and walked me through what to do. It worked and I had only fried one memory stick. This review is not about the wonderful tech support, that was first class, not the gentle follow up the next day to see how it went. No this is about my experience sitting in front of the open case watching it flicker and reboot after removing one stick of memory. I realized just how elegant the build was. There was nothing half measured here. All the wiring harnesses were neat and tidy. Everything was just right. It had me mesmerized for a little bit. Over my career I have purchased for myself or my employees probably around three hundred computers, many of them the best HP or IBM had to offer, good boxes all of them. But the build quality of the Puget, and their wonderful sales and tech team, have me committed to become a lifelong buyer from them. They just do it right.
