We are continually pleased with our overall experience in purchasing computer systems from Puget Custom Computers including response time, notification, system performance, etc… Within the past two years we have purchased all of our desktop systems from Puget and will continue to do so!

I purchased a pc from Puget in september of this year. I had never heard of them until I was in the market for a new pc. I looked at reseller ratings, as I am a firm believer in them. I only deal with companies that have a platinum rating of 9 or better. There I found Puget Systems. The computer they made for me was truly custom, as I was looking for a system with Windows XP Pro and with Windows Vista Ultimate. William helped me to build a machine with swapable harddrives, one each with the appropiate OS. A 3 gig core-duo proc, a couple gigs of fast ram, an 8800 768mg video card with directX 10, DVD burner, and a nice quiet Antec case. They built the machine in a reasonable amount of time, shipped it with the best packaging I have ever seen. The machine is flawless, runs beautifully, and never hicupped once! I have even made use of their support. I talked with James who helped me more than any tech support for any company has ever done. These people bend over backward to help their customers. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to buy from them. As long as their rating stays above 9, I will continue to buy from them. These people are great and a joy to work with. I have never bought anything that did not have a manual until I bought this computer. When I told them about it, they said I should have received one, but they never sent me one. Little things like the default sound being set for earphones was annoying and took unnecessary time to discover. Customer support and machine operation was good.

I recently bought a top-end, air-cooled, gaming computer from Puget. THIS WAS THE BEST SERVICE I’VE EVER RECEIVED FROM ANY COMPANY FOR ANY PURCHASE. I know that sounds like an exageration, but I’m serious–and I’m 65 years old; I’ve made a lot of purchases. They absolutely go to exteme lengths to make you more than just satisfied. It is always easy to talk to someone who knows what they are talking about. I’m recommending them to my friends and family.

A friend recommended Puget. Absolutely great experience from start to finish. They turned around a
review and a quote on my custom system configuration during the same weekend. System arrived
in perfect condition (no wonder, with the incredible shipping packaging) and…it just started right up.
Perfect “out of box” experience — way better than anything from the larger computer sellers. An
extra surprise was the box of all kinds of adapters, cables, screws and so on which they felt “might be
useful”, and the custom-created notebook of all the components in my machine. And for all that, the
prices are great, too.

Well, after receiving some of the best customer service I have ever encountered prior to purchasing the computer I placed the order. I have received the computer and everthing I read and expected was right on. This was one purchase where there were no hassles, promises were kept and the product was rock solid.
