several things influenced my interest in purchasing from your company. First, your having the most up-to-date processer / motherboard / memory combinations. Second, your pricing. Third, your rapid turnaround. I couldn’t find anyone else with this combination on the internet. I even looked at buying the products separately and putting them together myself. I figured I may have been able to save about $300.00 by smart shopping for the separate parts, an amount I feel is very fair to pay you to assemble, bench test and guarantee my system. I am actually buying a few separate components myself that will be easy to add once I get the system in place here at my home. The ease of accessing up-to-date order information on your site is also a pleasure. I am already extremely satisfied with my interaction with your company, the only thing that could possibly spoil that is your product turning out to be something other than what I expect on delivery. I’ve researched your components and if all is operating OK before you ship, I don’t expect any problems their either. Keep up the GREAT work you guys. You’re one of the few companies I’ve run into (I am a MAJOR consumer of electronic goods/toys/etc…) where I can honestly say I feel whatever profit you’ve made on this deal has been honestly earned with good products, upfront marketing, and an incredibly consumer-supportive approach. I earn about 230K per year and probably put about 60-70K of that back into the economy every year in purchases of a variety of durable goods, so I believe I know what I’m talking about. This is actually the first time in a LONG time I’ve made the effort to give a company some major feedback. Usually I deal with negative experiences by not returning any business to those companies, and lately I’ve found my consumer experiences to be full of either negative experiences or experiences that are just barely to the positive side. Not many have reached a level I feel deserves some praise, and the vast majority of those have been face-to-face dealings when I can let them know immediately about my satisfaction. The internet is usually a forum where the consumer trusts who they’re dealing with because they have to in order to utilize this medium. It’s refreshing to run into a company which seems to be successfully transferring a personal in-store approach to the often too-impersonal internet experience.

I purchased a desktop system and received excellent advice prior to the sale and rapid (and good) tech support afterwards. To echo another’s comment: I felt like I was treated like a person not a wallet. In my research, their prices are very competitive. The web site is a trove of information and customizing my system was easy.

Satisfaction guaranteed!! The folks at PCC have gone above and beyond the call of duty. After initially receiving my system on July 19, 2002, I put the system in such a state that I was unable to get it working again. After some troubleshooting efforts with Jon Bach over the phone and the live help feature, I sent the system back for Jon to take a look at. As it turns out my inability to read directions was the culprit. Jon ran my new system through another series of stress tests, and then had the system on its way back to me in 4 days. Just received it and fired it up again. Working like a charm. The whole process even the return was very well handled. The 9 is not intended to be negative, only that no one is perfect, but PCC is as close as you will get in the computer manufacturing/sales/service department.

100% satisfied! After a poor experience with a computer from a large company that uses the term “dude” a lot, Puget Custom Computers (PCC) was was welcome relief. Nobody beats their customer service and their prices are quite competitive (even better than brand-name discounters for similar products). Because PCC takes the time to review and comment on all computer configurations, I felt confident that I was finally getting a system that would meet my needs precisely. I used my budget for components I wanted instead of being forced into package deals with “extras” I didn’t need. Excellent service — the consultation suggestions on my system setup saved me several hundred dollars and gave me a better product. After experiencing the high levels of helpfulness and customizability provided by Puget Custom Computers, I doubt I will ever again purchase from one of the major computer companies. I’m not giving a 10, though, because it took several days more than the 3-4 advertised to complete and ship my order. However, I am certain such delays do not occur often, and I strongly recommend this company to others.

Puget Computers was by far the most knowledgeable, responsive, and available of any vendors that I checked into. They always responded within the hour, and kept me updated on the status of my order. They have nearly 24 hr. service via a chat window on their site. They thought of everything. I rated them a 9, because nobody is perfect, and there is always room for improvement.
