Customized Branding
We offer ODM services including customized branding on select systems. This can range from laser etching to full custom bezel design. Let us help bring your product vision to life! If you prefer a white-box approach, we can simply omit our own logo and other branding elements instead.

Puget Systems has a robust and redundant supply chain with an experienced, in-house team managing procurement and sourcing. We have developed close relationships with manufacturers and distributors, building a strong supply chain that weathers industry shortages with minimal impact.
Streamlined Purchasing

Pre-Shipment Remote Access
Save time and money by remotely setting up servers so they are ready for delivery to your datacenter or colocation facility. This add-on service for IT departments provides you with remote access for a few days before systems are shipped out. Your IT team can connect and set up custom software configurations prior to delivery.
IT Management Assistance
Prepare your network for new computers before they arrive! We capture the MAC address for each NIC on servers we build, then provide that information to you prior to shipping. IT admins can log this data into asset management systems and then use it to prepare networks ahead of time for the deployment of new servers.

Lifetime US-Based Tech Support
All of our servers include complimentary, lifetime tech support provided in-house by our expert technicians. They operate out of the same facility where we build and test our products, so you don’t have to worry about dealing with language barriers or working your way through multiple escalation steps to get the help you need. We also offer up to 5 years of hardware warranty on select systems and optional on-site repair services.
Managed Account Program
Get the best business-to-business service. The Puget Systems Managed Account Program is for qualified enterprise customers, to build an ongoing relationship with us. This program also gives access to additional features such as custom operating system imaging and dedicated Slack or Microsoft Teams channels with consultants.
Demand Forecasting
We help you plan ahead to ensure consistency. We work with managed account customers who need new systems on a recurring basis to make sure that we have supply lined up to cover their anticipated demand. This can even let us build servers and other systems ahead of time to reduce delivery timeframes.
