Burn-In Process

I purchased a computer from Puget on Jully 11, 2007. The decision to use this company was based soley on the reviews from this site. Well, after receiving some of the best customer service I have ever encountered prior to purchasing the computer I placed the order. I have received the computer and everthing I read and expected was right on. This was one purchase where there were no hassles, promises were kept and the product was rock solid. If you purchase a computer from any place else, you are asking for trouble. Mr. Bach, you have a rock solid company. Thanks.

Puget Custom Computers has built the best system I’ve had and indeed I have several in my network. It’s performance is beyond impressive. This is my 3rd high-end system from PCC, another incredible machine. SilverStone liquid cooled tower, Dual Xeon Quad-Core, 2TB storage, GeForce 8800GTX 768MB Water Cooled Video Card, Creative X-Fi Platinum Fatal1ty Champion Audio – this system rocks! It’s perfect for video editing and pro photo editing. I am still amazed by PCC’s customer service; it’s just as good as when I bought my 1st system 3 years ago. And it still amazes me that some customers don’t “get” the pricing. Yes, individual components might be cheaper on eBay, but look at the “bottom line.” You can’t get a comparable system or the customer service from any of the big companies at that price! I look forward to buying my 4th system from PCC! 10+ guys.

This was my first Puget system, a ‘modest’-spec computer for the office, but it had to be reliable, and quiet. I am astounded with the low noise; in fact it is quieter than the ambient noise level at night after-hours. Otherwise, performance is outstanding, what one would expect from a high-end computer builder who provides you with a ‘clean’ system. I am impressed with the staff, who freely advised me on solutions, and kept me informed on the build. Personally, though I am not rolling in money, I would never consider a ‘mainstream’ co.; it is essential that you know you are getting the best components, and not getting the junkware. I was responsible for selecting a vendor for the business, and after a month of running the system and fiddling with it under work conditions, I am now confident (and relieved) I made the correct call for my boss. If I were asked to supply another machine, I would not hesitate to order from Puget again. Many thanks to everyone on the staff. I consider Puget among the top of the top-tier builders.

Wow! So far this has been perhaps the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. I was skeptical at first because Puget does not have the brand name recognition as others, but I’m truly convinced that this was the right choice. Every step of the way for my computer purchase was personalized and I really felt your attention to detail and customer satisfaction. This is an excellent company that has a very bright future! I needed a fast reliable computer for music recording. I use high quality outboard digital equipment and wanted a company that understood my needs. I googled and found Puget computers, I built a system and submitted it to be looked over by puget’s tech staff. I received a fast reply to my questions and the friendly tech person offered additional suggestions that I never thought about. The computer arrived very quickly and was packed like fine china.
