Highly Reliable Product Line

I have had my laptop for two days now. It is the best computer I have ever owned. Deliver was on time and set up was flawless. It was really nice NOT having all the preloaded junk software that one encounters with a Box Store PC. Just Windows and the apps I selected. My Office 2013 downloaded easily as did two specialty programs. It is lightening fast and it has a crisp, clear interface. I also liked the documentation that came with the laptop, very, very helpful. My overall experience was outstanding. You get what you pay for! I have given up my creaky old Windows Vista PC and my Apple IPAD1 and use my laptop exclusively.

Computer was a little bigger than I expected but beautiful, quiet and fast. It seemed to have a lot care behind it – I have all kinds of parts and manuals and even a notebook about it, which is interesting in a digital age. So far I believe this has been worth the money and would do business here again.

Purchasing a custom computer from Puget Systems was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Beginning the first time I visited the Puget website and began configuring possible systems, I received clear and well thought out emails from Puget representatives helping me with configuration options and offering suggestions. I even received a video of my computer after it was built showing me key features, as well as several follow-up communications directly from Jon Bach, the company’s founder, asking me how I liked the system and if he could assist in any way. I had very specific needs for a custom build, and Puget delivered. But the experience was so exceptional, I plan to buy all my systems from them going forward. What a kick-ass company!

My User Account is password protected. The other day I went to log in and a dialog box appeared stating that my password was not correct and could not login. I tried several different things to fix the problem but got the same error message. I called PugetSystems and Daniel connected me to Richard, Techinal Support.
Well, Richard made short order of my problem–registry error. He led me down the path of correction and had me back into my account in no time.
I have had no trouble with my PugetSystem computer and very happy with their customer support-they have been there when I needed them! Richard, thanks again for you patience and techinal support.

The whole experience from initial inquiry to receiving the finished product was great. Puget System’s customer reps answered all of my questions promptly and professionally. Receiving regular updates and the ability to watch the build progress and testing steps was quite cool! Puget puts out the extra effort to be transparent and keep it’s customers informed. The PC arrived well packaged and with excellent documentation. I especially like the fact that they did not load it with any “bloatware” or superfluous apps. I got a very clean machine with nothing more than what I asked for. You won’t find bottom barrel prices here, and that’s okay with me. I was willing to pay a little more for a well designed, tested and reliable product. All in all, I’m very pleased with my new PC and Puget System’s excellent service and
integrity.

They’re a great company to do business with. The web site helps you easily decide what you need. Real people provide timely and useful advice. And the assembly crew does an excellent job building it. Overall the kind of service you don’t often find. I’ll be back next time I’m looking for a new machine.

I’ve been a repeat customer several times and this latest time was no exception: Puget just rocks. I’ve got the machine I want, more service than I could ask for, and it was the best price I could find – what’s not to like?!

They deserve their good ratings. I would like to put in a plug for them here (and will in other places as well) because I want others in my circumstances to know that there IS a technical solution out there that is worth getting and that will add hugely to your quality of life. I got my extra-quiet computer from them quite some months ago, and wanted to do a serious test drive with all the programs I use (and would be using ON it) before submitting my review. Being a careful and cautious, thorough person, with a number of visual disabilities, I wanted to “get it right” with this computer. I asked a lot of questions of a lot of dealers, but when I wouldn’t respond with promptness to their hustle, they dropped me or urged me to come by their shop for a harder sell. These folks answered every single question I had, very thoughtfully. They inquired as to my needs in detail, because I do need some “special features” due to being visually handicapped. I was impressed by their care and attention, and reassured as to their honesty and merited pride in their product. I had not been able to use my dictation system and other things I need for my visual disabilities on my previous computer, because the fan created extraneous noise that interfered with many things I needed to do. This extra-quiet and very powerful computer can handle all my handicapped and professional software, and is quiet enough not to interfere with voice commands. The latest version of Dragon Dictate on it is a dream come true. A freakin DREAM. For anyone who has struggled with this, I don’t have to say more. This is the quiet computer you have been looking for. I had post-sales questions, which they were kind enough to answer personally and patiently. It came with all the information I needed to set it up, and worked out of the box. This sort of service died in 1950s Iowa, surely. Or so I thought. Just for a laugh – I took a photo on my cell, of the back of the PC, to a computer retail shop when I needed to get a certain connector for a second screen (this is their budget model, I got, now), and the shop guy’s jaw dropped when he saw the photo on my cellphone. I looked at my own cellphone screen again just to check, a bit alarmed, when I saw the look on his face, because I wanted to make sure it wasn’t something prurient that had made its way onto my cellphone (prank or something!?), such was the look on the shop guy’s face! Seriously. Please, for any of you with visual handicaps struggling to find a system that will work with a lot of spoken commands or dictation (doctors or lawyers even), consider Puget’s machines. Disbelieve me if you will. I’m just rocking out on my dream monster here until my next eye operation, much happier and more comfortable than I have ever been on my computer, and fighting my kids off for it. 🙂

I am currently a college engineering student and I ordered a laptop from Puget Systems about two years ago. The building process of the “custom laptop” was quite fast and Puget sent a few update emails to show me the process. The computer at the two year mark has been fantastic and I have run some heavy programs on here such as CATIA and Inventor. Overall great quality and good honest people. I will be a return customer since I trust their products.
