i think you guys are great. you even gave me a call, took the effort to find my number, just to ask about the color combo of my case and drives. Unbelievable! there is no other way to put this. Even the packaing was a pleasure to unpack. I cannot say enough good things about the people in Puget. I am an audio professional and needed a hi-end pc to handle todays audio tasks. There are quite a few companies that specialize in building computers for audio. Non of them are in the same legue as Puget. From attention to detail to possibilities to fast communication, and price.
Puget system is a first rate business. I have never experienced a better service in my life. The result? They got an advocate customer for life!

I just received a desktop from Puget. Working with them was a great experience–they definitely did everything they could to work with me in order to build a desktop that I wanted, at a price that I could afford. The desktop itself is great, and I would highly recommend them.

Purchased my first custom built PC from Puget. From the very beginning they answered every question with knowledgeable answers. My sales rep, Jon, walked me thru every step, called me with suggestions and questions, and followed thru with me until I received my machine. Received my dream machine last week and am amazed. It is perfect. Had to call tech support twice for minor setup questions and was put right thru. I am a Puget convert! Have never had a better less stressful experience ordering a computer.

I shopped around for a few months, before deciding on Puget systems. They weren’t the cheapest, but they were the most helpful, the most knowledgeable, and I was thoroughly impressed with their feedback. Once I placed my order, I loved the fact I could track its build and see the benchmarks! Now it’s in shipping, and I can’t tell you how eager I am to get it! I’ll never buy a PC anywhere else, ever! Next on my purchase list is a laptop….and you better believe it’ll come from Puget Systems.
