Drivers and Updates

After ordering the laptop from pugetsystems, it burned itself out. Now, don’t stop reading just yet. It wasn’t their fault. The system I configured ran far too hot, and I couldn’t keep it cool enough. At any rate, it was returned with no trouble, and a full refund was given to me. They even applied it directly to the purchase of a desktop system, which they are currently building for me. Thats why I’m giving them another 10. Despite the troubles with the laptop and the issues with my moving to a new address between submitting the order and recieving it at the new address… well, they made everything very easy.

Looking for a new, blazing multimedia PC and a good system integrator to build it for me, I found this site completely by accident. I couldn’t have stumbled onto anything better. Puget handled all my questions and concerns (especially with the actual purchase), and I have a wonderful machine at a great price without a need for upgrades for a long time. It’s taken me nearly two weeks to leave this feedback; that’s because I was having too much fun reviewing everything my new system offers. All the little business cards they sent me are being passed out to several co-workers and anyone else I know needing a new PC… I’m preaching the gospel of integration through Puget – many thanks, you guys.

I am 19 years old and have been involved with computers for the past 10 years of my life. I’ve purchased systems for myself and others in the past, and always look for the best possible deal. Unfortunately, I didn’t know about pugetsystems until recently. Now that I do, I will purchase all my future machines here. The amount of options to customize are far greater than those of Alienware, Dell, Gateway, or any of the other big name competitors. I honestly won’t bother going anywhere else from now on, this is the best.

When purchasing my first custom computer, I had a lot of questions. I wanted a top notch gaming computer and I wasn’t sure exactly what I needed. PCC helped me throughout the whole process with speedy e-mail replies and professional opinions of what would work best for me. “Daddy, daddy, your machine is best! For us?”, my 3 year old kids (yes, they are twins) are saying to me.
“Well…I’m very happy with my 3GHz 2GB Ram 400GB HD awesome machine…can’t you use Moms 2.4Ghz?”, I answer.
“It’s not a Puget”, they say.
“Ha ha, I’ll get you one. But you have to settle for a Mini PC, ok?”

Fantastic service, Ranks with Bose for customer service. Ship when they promise, delivery occurs when they promise (apparently have a working relationship with shippers) and quality product. Very happy with my 3.4MHz Pentium 4, with 2GB RAM and 1-120, 1-250 HD and +-R/RW DVD writer, along with 19 inch LCD monitor.
Dream machine for Photoshop CS and everything else.

Customer Service is unbelievable!!!!!
I left a voice message for Jon asking him for a link where I might download my RAID Drivers. I had expected a response in a day or two. Within 15 minutes he had e-mailed the drivers to me.

Dell, take note!!!

I was originally impressed by the PCC web site and the feeling that these guys had done their homework (so I didn’t need to). Having just received my awesome new system, I can say that my initial instincts were right on target. Despite a mixup over the case I wanted (partly my fault), I still give PCC an unqualified 10 rating. Jon’s number one concern was that I end up a happy customer with the system I wanted. In these days of offshore customer support, it’s great to deal with a company like PCC — both for the quality of their work and their attitude toward their customers.
