This week we have the pleasure of hosting Gabriella K, aka Feeding_Wolves on YouTube!

Gabriella creates content centered around Unreal Engine, Motion Graphics/VFX, and Virtual Production. Recently, she’s become a go-to source for information and tutorials on Unreal Engine MetaHumans. We’re glad to have her on the show to help give us some insight into and answer questions about, the virtual production workflow and what effect MetaHumans will have in the future.

Our very own Kelly Shipman is our special guest this week! We’ll be taking your questions about game development, virtual production, 3D rendering as well as discussing the MetaHumans beta from Epic, the latest developments in Unreal Engine, and more!

This week Dr. Don Kinghorn joins us to talk about Intel oneAPI, Rocket Lake, Ice Lake, Nvidia GTC, and more!

Dr. Kinghorn is our resident Ph.D. and scientist. He is the escalation point for questions concerning HPC, Scientific Computing, Machine Learning, AI, Linux System Administration, and Troubleshooting. He also works on hardware systems validation for scientific workloads and provides an internal educational resource for others here at Puget Systems.

Intel has updated its mainstream, desktop product line with several new 11th Gen Intel Core processors. These CPUs offer higher performance per clock than earlier generations, making them well suited for single- and lightly-threaded workloads.

This week we’re joined by Sean Jenkin, software engineering manager on the Adobe After Effects team. Matt and Houston chat with Sean about the nitty-gritty details of the Multi-Frame Rendering feature in After Effects!
