Giveaway Terms and Conditions
- Eligibility:
- The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older.
- Employees of Puget Systems, their immediate family members, and individuals involved in the promotion are not eligible to participate.
- Entry Period:
- The giveaway begins on 10/9/24 at 9am and ends on 10/10/24 at 2pm, coinciding with the winner selection.
- How to Enter:
- Visit the Puget Systems booth at NAB Show NY 2024 during the event and prior to the drawing.
- Have your badge scanned by a Puget Systems representative at the booth, providing Puget Systems with your contact information.
- Limit one entry per person.
- Prize:
- One (1) Puget Mobile C170-G 17″ laptop, featuring the Intel Core i9 14900HX processor, valued at approximately $4,500.
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
- Winner Selection:
- The winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the entry period.
- The drawing will take place on 10/10/24 at 2pm, and the winner will be announced at the Puget Systems booth #761. The selected entry must be present at the booth at that time to be eligible to win, or another winner will be drawn.
- Claiming the Prize:
- The winner must be present at the Puget Systems booth on 10/10/24 at 2pm when the drawing takes place to claim the prize.
- A valid photo ID is required for verification.
- If the winner is not present to claim the prize, an alternate winner will be selected.
- Publicity:
- By entering, participants grant Puget Systems the right to use their name, image, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
- Legal Considerations:
- Void where prohibited by law.
- Puget Systems reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway at any time without notice.
- Participants agree to release and hold harmless Puget Systems from any liability arising from participation in the giveaway or the acceptance of the prize.
