Recommended Systems for Adobe After Effects CC

After Effects High RAM Workstation Main Picture

Although this workstation is physically larger, more expensive, and slightly slower than our "General AE" workstation for most tasks in AE, it makes up for it by being able to utilize up to 128GB of system RAM. For extremely large and complex projects, this extra RAM capability can allow you to scrub through your project without needing to re-render frames which can greatly increase your productivity.

In addition, this system allows for CPUs with up to 18 cores which we have found in our testing to provide up to 20% better performance if you utilize the Cinema4D 3D renderer.

If you are not sure which hardware choice is right for you we recommend reading through the Recommended Hardware section. And as always, don't hesitate to contact one of our sales consultants if you require assistance or a hardware configuration that is not covered by our recommended systems.
