Overview
The Xeon W is one of Intel’s workstation-oriented processor families, offering up to 56 cores and DDR5 ECC memory on a highly reliable platform. This system is built in a 5U chassis which can convert to a tower form factor if desired (feet for use in that layout are included). Three USB ports, including one Type C, are located on the front – while the motherboard’s rear I/O panel provides additional USB, audio, and networking. Internally there is a lot of space, supporting a wide range of options including up to four video cards, up to 512GB of RAM, and multiple solid-state and hard drive configurations.
