This full-tower system features Intel’s Xeon W 2400 and 3400 processor platform with an EEB size motherboard, in a large tower chassis with lots of room expansion. The Xeon W is one of Intel’s workstation-oriented processor families, offering up to 56 cores and DDR5 ECC memory on a highly reliable platform.
The Fractal Design Define 7 XL case has USB and audio ports along the top front edge, while the motherboard’s rear I/O panel provides more USB ports, additional audio connectivity, and Ethernet for networking. With lots of space in a chassis this size, a wide range of options are supported – including quad video cards, up to 512GB of memory, and multiple solid-state and hard drive configurations. There are also plenty of fans to keep components cool, with filters over the air intakes to help reduce dust buildup.
