Jaymeson Hudson

I am a goal-oriented people leader with 10 years of hands-on experience in customer service, including 7 years in fulfillment and 5 years specializing in warehouse management. Throughout my career, I have worked with more than 100 standard operating procedures (SOPs) and gained experience across a dozen different enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. These experiences have helped me develop a strong understanding of operational efficiency, process improvement, team leadership, and supply chain workflows.

I am currently studying at Arizona State University, focusing on Project Management and Supply Chain Management. I am passionate about continuous improvement, developing high-performing teams, and finding opportunities to streamline processes and drive operational excellence.

Outside of work and school, I enjoy expanding my skill set by learning new instruments, exploring new languages, and challenging myself to try new things. I am also a big gamer and UFC fan. Beyond those interests, I have a genuine love for dogs and enjoy volunteering at animal shelters whenever I have the opportunity. I believe that continuous learning, curiosity, and giving back are important parts of both personal and professional growth.
