What size are your computers?

Written on July 30, 2015 by Jeff Stubbers

Have you ever seen those ads for diamond rings on sale where the diamonds look brilliant, and fairly large? Then when you see them in person those diamonds end up being tiny, and not at all what you initially expected. When you don't have another object next to the item you are looking at, it can be rather difficult to tell the true scale.

We thought it may be helpful to see our cases next to a common item to give you some perspective, so we have added those photos to our configuration pages. Just click on the case name in our configuration pages to bring up a page with images of that case.

We also thought it would be helpful to see some of our most popular cases in one location for size reference. We have provided those below. I hope this helps to give you a better idea of the scale for these different systems and their cases. Additionally, the specific dimensions can be found by clicking on the case names on our configuration pages.

Thanks for doing this work, Jeff! Hopefully this goes a long way to helping customers get a better idea of the comparative size of each chassis...and, of course, Coke is the brand of choice inside Puget Systems!

Awesome idea, Jeff! I prefer Mountain Dew, though, personally ;)
